1. The service

School Day Report is an app that lets a child record short daily reflections about their school day and presents those responses to their parent as clear summaries and history. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. The parent's role

The app is intended to be used by families: a parent creates and manages the account, and the child completes their daily check-in. As the account holder, you are responsible for how the app is used in your household and for keeping your login details safe.

3. What the app is not

• It does not independently verify anything that happens at school. It records what your child chooses to share.
• It does not evaluate, rank, or compare schools, and it does not share feedback with schools or teachers.
• It is not a safeguarding or emergency service, and it never replaces direct parental attention or conversations with your child, teachers, or school authorities. If you have a serious concern about a child's safety, contact the appropriate authorities immediately.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the app honestly and only for your own family. Do not attempt to access another family's data, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your data

Your family's report data belongs to you. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to request deletion. You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The School Day Report name, logo, and app content are the property of the app owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share genuine links to this website or the app listing.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time; where a change materially affects you, we will aim to give reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” to help family conversations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on report content, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in India.
